We are looking for enthusiastic, organised, and responsible individuals to join our team as Events Assistants. The successful candidates will provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, promotional activities, and related projects. This role is suitable for fresh candidates and entry-level applicants who are interested in gaining practical experience in event management, marketing, promotions, and coordination. The role involves assisting with event preparations, coordinating logistics, arranging materials and supplies, supporting promotional activities, and helping to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently. You may also be required to assist with registration, attendee coordination, setting up event spaces, distributing promotional materials, communicating with vendors or participants, and handling general administrative tasks related to events. The ideal candidate should be well organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be willing to provide support before, during, and after events as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities.
• Support event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment preparation, materials, and supplies.
• Help with event setup and teardown to ensure that venues are organised and ready for activities.
• Assist with participant registration, attendance tracking, and general attendee enquiries.
• Coordinate event materials, promotional items, signage, and other necessary resources.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and participation in events.
• Assist with distributing promotional materials and providing information about events, products, or services.
• Liaise with team members, suppliers, vendors, and other relevant parties to support event arrangements.
• Help maintain event schedules, checklists, records, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor event activities and provide on-site support to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Assist with resolving routine event-related issues and communicate any concerns to the relevant team members.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Open to fresh candidates and entry-level applicants.
