Job Description:
Develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements and conduct feasibility assessments to validate applications.
Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and ongoing support to customers and internal teams.
Perform product testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct root cause analysis to improve product reliability.
Manage warranty claims, investigate product quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with manufacturers and principals on technical issues and product improvements.
Support sales teams with technical expertise, presentations, and product recommendations to drive business growth.
Conduct product training and share technical knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma and above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics relevant field.
