About the role Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd is an IT hardware supplier based at Sim Lim Square. We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support our online store operations. Key responsibilities - Process daily online orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment - Pick, check and pack customer orders, and prepare parcels for courier pickup - Upload, update and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing and stock information - Monitor order and shipment status, and escalate any discrepancies promptly - Respond to customer enquiries about order status, delivery and product availability - Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues - Assist with returns, refunds and exchanges in line with company policy - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks - Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, documentation and filing Requirements - Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail - Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays - Comfortable with computers, admin tools and spreadsheets; ecommerce or retail experience is an advantage

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
