Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) team understands that today’s digital revolution is rapidly transforming the landscape for employers and global workforces. As mobility and agility become ever more critical, we help clients lead with confidence through change and complexity. Our professionals provide holistic advice on personal tax, compensation & benefits, and international mobility, streamlining programs and managing costs while ensuring compliance and effectiveness, both globally and locally.

Within GES, the Reward Advisory team partners with clients to build best-in-class total reward solutions. We advise across the full spectrum, including reward strategy and philosophy, pay for performance, pay transparency, incentive and ownership design, wellbeing and benefits, regulatory compliance, reward technology and analytics, and communications.

The Opportunity: Make Your Mark as a Reward Leader

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager or Director to join our Reward Advisory team. In this high-impact role, you will champion our practice’s growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia, leading client advisory, inspiring your team, and driving business development and innovation in the reward space.

What You’ll Do

• Drive market growth and business development across Singapore and Southeast Asia, proactively acquiring clients and building relationships.
• Serve as the senior advisor and subject matter expert on complex reward and governance issues for clients, boards, and leadership teams.
• Design, evaluate, and implement holistic total reward frameworks including short-term and long-term incentive plans and equity-based programs.
• Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, championing technical excellence and consulting talent development.
• Collaborate across Deloitte’s regional network to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions for our clients.
• Lead progressive reward practices, shape thought leadership, and help strengthen the firm’s position as a market leader.

What We Look For / Requirements

• Background in professional services or dedicated reward advisory consulting, with deep expertise in total rewards, incentive structures, and governance.
• Degree in Economics, Law, HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced compensation/benefits certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of driving commercial success, developing business, and building trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership credentials, with experience scaling and inspiring high-performing consulting teams.
• Executive presence and the agility to advise board-level clients across diverse Southeast Asian markets.
• Commercial acumen, with a demonstrated appetite for practice-building, revenue growth, and developing long-term client relationships.
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused, delivering exceptional service that meets Deloitte’s standards.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and develop others.
• Clear, compelling communication and high-quality, client-facing technical work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently at all levels - clients, partners, and team members.
