Sales Support / Sales Coordinator
Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm // Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
After confirmed entitled to alternate Saturday
Basic: $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Location: Woodlands
Duration: Permanent Role
Requirements:
Prefer 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, no experience is welcome as well.
Experience in application program such as Microsoft Windows, Excel and others.
Job Scopes:
Handle day-to-day sales administration such as processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
Follow up with agents for delivery note retrieval
