We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Executive to join our Recruitment team and support our mass hiring activities for courier positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for courier positions through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact and screen candidates to assess their interest and suitability.
• Follow up with candidates and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, and hiring events.
• Work closely with our logistics partners to meet their hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-driven.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
