Kerja Sepenuh Masa TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di INDUSTRIAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Handle and investigate customer complaints related to product quality and performance.
• Analyze customer complaints and identify root causes using appropriate problem-solving methods.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and QA/QC teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare customer complaint reports, investigation reports and 8D reports where required.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of complaints.
• Analyze quality data and identify recurring defects or quality trends.
• Conduct product inspection and technical analysis related to customer complaints.
• Communicate with customers regarding complaint status, investigation findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all customer complaints.
• Support continuous quality improvement and reduction of customer complaints.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
