Job Description

• Assist in selling the company’s products and services, including Burn-in Chambers, Burn-in Boards, Burn-in Services, Burn-in Board Repair, and Probe Cards.
• Schedule meetings and product presentations with clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare project costing with the Purchasing and Production Teams.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients based on approved pricing.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals and monitor their status.
• Coordinate with the Production Team regarding order and delivery schedules.
• Handle and follow up on client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve client concerns.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding client inquiries and sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for management.
• Attend weekly meetings with top management to discuss sales performance, plans, and strategies.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements: Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in sales, business development, customer service or a related role in semiconductor industry.
• Experience in a multinational or regional environment is an advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
