Your Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of the brand, creating exciting first impressions and helping customers discover products they'll love. This is a highly interactive sales role where customer engagement is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through excellent customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Actively approach customers at the store entrance and confidently distribute product samples to attract footfall and generate interest.
• Be comfortable initiating conversations with passers-by and inviting them into the store to experience our products.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide personalised recommendations.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
