Job Responsibilities
Perform wafer QC according to process and quality requirements
Conduct visual inspection (QC) to identify defects
Execute die sorting based on test results and specifications
Support wafer dicing operations and ensure proper handling
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and cleanroom safety rules
