Averis is partnering with globally renowned clients to recruit high-caliber Finance & Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager who can lead and manage end-to-end finance operations, and to eventually take on a Financial Controller / Finance role with the clients.

As a Finance & Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, driving performance improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business units.

Job Description:

As a Finance & Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, driving performance improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business units.

• Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the planning and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to drive business results.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
• Support audit and tax-related matters in coordination with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and develop finance team members to build capability and performance.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant professional certifications in Accounting or Finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or MIA)
• 8 - 10 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Highly committed and dedicated to work, with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• A hands-on individual who is proactive and detail-oriented.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South.
