Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Hong Hin Electrical Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist superior in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project activities from commencement through completion and Defect Liability Period (DLP).
• Support superior in ensuring company contractual obligations are fulfilled in accordance with client requirements.
• Assist in overall project coordination, including liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor site progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications.
• Assist in handling client feedback and complaints related to site works.
• Coordinate daily site activities and schedule works with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise subcontractors’ works and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in reviewing work progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims.
• Provide technical and operational support to the project team.
• Assist in troubleshooting site issues and coordinate resolutions with main contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper work execution.
• Attend site meetings and prepare basic site records when required.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for review.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field
• (SPM / SKM holders with relevant interest are encouraged to apply)
• .
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in electrical installation and construction works.
• Willing to learn and work in a site-based environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or reading drawings is an added advantage.
• Possession of Wireman / Chargeman certification or willingness to pursue certification is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
