Salary: $13–$18/hour (approximately $2,648–$3,666/month)

Contract Duration: 3 months
️ Contract Period: January 2027 – March 2027 (estimated)

Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Accounting or Business at N-Level, O-Level, A-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree level.

• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including supplier payments, invoice processing, customer invoice issuance, credit notes, ageing reports and collections.

• Process journal entries, including adjustments, accruals and intercompany charges.

• Prepare audit schedules and reconciliations.

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Respond promptly to queries and requests from client agencies and other stakeholders, including agency staff, auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity and efficiency.
