Job Summary

A Boostie is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing fresh smoothies and juices, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring customers have a fun and positive experience. The role requires a friendly, energetic, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Take customer orders and handle cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store, including preparation areas and equipment.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in retail or food and beverage service is an advantage but not essential.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with shifts scheduled according to store operating hours.
• Requires standing for extended periods and handling food preparation tasks.
• Training will be provided in product preparation, customer service, and store operations.
