Tanggungjawab
- Develop and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Conduct comprehensive structural analysis using industry-standard software and methodologies
- Perform site inspections and monitor structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes
- Review and approve method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and other technical submissions
- Ensure all structural works comply with Singapore Building Code, relevant standards, and project requirements
- Prepare detailed technical reports, recommendations, and documentation for project management and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering team members
- Identify, analyze, and resolve structural design and construction challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the team to implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, design, and construction projects
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms)
- Solid knowledge of structural codes, standards, specifications, and construction best practices
- Experience with site supervision, inspection, and quality control on construction projects
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration or equivalent professional certification (preferred)
- Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (preferred)
- Familiarity with Singapore Building Code and local regulatory requirements (preferred)
- Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
