Safety and Compliance:
Enforce health and safety guidelines (such as WSH regulations) and ensure the build adheres to local building codes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the main liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory officials.
Problem Solving:
Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and minimize work delays.
