About us

Merican's F&B Group Sdn Bhd operates three outlets restaurants in Kuala Lumpur: Khan's Indian Cuisine at Bangsar South, Locarasa at Bamboo Hills and Bricks & Butter at The Linc KL. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels
  • Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
  • Create engaging content that reflects the brand identity and attracts customers
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
  • Create and produce photos, videos, reels, stories, and other digital content for social media and marketing purposes
  • Develop creative concepts for new menu launches and special events
  • Edit photos and videos for social media platforms
  • Ensure all content follows the company's branding and visual guidelines
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach and audience growth
  • Prepare regular reports on social media and marketing performance
  • Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing tools, and F&B marketing trends
  • Work closely with restaurant operations, chefs, and external partners to develop relevant content.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business or related field
  • Relevant experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field
  • Experience in F&B hospitality, lifestyle, or retail marketing is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about content creation and digital marketing
  • Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willing to attend events, restaurant activities, and content shoots when required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,753.33 per month

Work Location: In person
