Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Work mode: Hybrid

What You’ll Do:
Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms, to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed and engaged by providing timely feedback, updates, and support throughout every stage of their hiring journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate information in our ATS.
️ Build strong candidate relationships and create a positive, engaging, and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Prior HR or HR internship experience will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset, with the motivation to achieve KPIs and earn performance-based rewards
