Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, conduct product or service presentations, and support training initiatives to enhance sales performance. Daily responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team development and drive sales performance.
• Candidates should possess abilities in basic marketing planning, campaign coordination, and market research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a fast-paced or client-focused environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in standard office and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and adapt to changing business needs.
