An HR internship is a hands-on learning experience where you support the human resources team across various functions. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
This is one of the most common areas for an HR intern, where you will support the hiring process:

• Posting Jobs & Sourcing: Post job advertisements on various job portals and job platforms.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support: Coordinate new hire logistics, prepare onboarding documentation, and assist with orientation sessions.

Learning & Development
You will help coordinate employee training and development programs:

• Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
• Feedback & Evaluation: Collect participant feedback, track training attendance, and compile reports to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Relations
This area focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture:

• Event Coordination: Help organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
• Employee Experience: Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, such as engagement surveys and feedback analysis

Requirements:

1.Academic : Minimum diploma or degree in human resources.

2.able to work at Shah Alam

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
