• Malaysian citizen.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce fulfilment, packing, or customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Able to communicate well with customers and work effectively with the team.

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, especially when checking and packing customer orders.

• Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and basic computer systems.

• Willing to perform both fulfilment and retail sales duties as required.

• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to shift schedules.

• Able to work 6 days per week.

• Physically fit and able to perform packing, stock handling, and other operational duties.

E-Commerce Fulfilment

• Assist with daily e-commerce fulfilment operations, particularly during the morning.

• Pick, prepare, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Check orders and products carefully to ensure accuracy before shipment.

• Assist with daily online order processing and fulfilment activities.

• Keep the fulfilment and packing area clean, organised, and well-maintained.

• Perform other fulfilment-related duties as assigned by management.

Retail Sales

• Serve and assist customers in the retail store.

• Introduce and recommend XONE products based on customer needs and preferences.

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of XONE products and their features.

• Achieve personal sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Keep the retail area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

• Perform other reasonable duties related to retail operations as assigned by management.
