Job Summary
A sales executive drives company revenue by finding new leads, presenting products, and closing business deals.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales prospects through cold calls, networking, and social media to expand the customer base
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase product value
Negotiate pricing and contract terms effectively to close sales and secure business deals
Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth
Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster relationships and encourage repeat business
Update and manage customer data and daily sales activities accurately using CRM software to ensure data integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate strong verbal and listening communication skills to understand and address client needs
Possess prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management to support effective client interactions
Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (often preferred) to enhance sales knowledge
Exhibit resilience by managing rejection positively and organizing time efficiently to sustain sales efforts
