Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day finance and administrative operations of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes and other supporting documents.
Follow up on customer payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
Process supplier invoices and assist with payment preparation.
Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Assist with bank reconciliations and maintenance of finance schedules.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment records and transaction supporting documents.
Assist with employee expense claims and other finance-related administrative matters.
Support preparation of documents for audit, tax and other compliance requirements.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on routine finance and operational matters.
Provide general administrative support when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
Preferably 3 years+ of relevant working experience in accounting, finance or administrative support.
Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in accounting software, audit support, or trade-related business will be an advantage.
