1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a related field

Experience in the F&B or café industry is an advantage

Good understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

Able to create engaging social media content, including photos, videos and short-form content

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Creative, proactive and willing to try new marketing ideas

Strong understanding of current social media trends

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Sales-oriented and able to understand how marketing activities can drive customer visits and sales

Manage and maintain the café’s social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

Plan and create engaging content to promote the café, food, drinks, promotions and events

Take photos and videos of products, café activities and customer experiences

Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales

Monitor social media trends and develop relevant content ideas

Manage and promote special offers, new menu items and seasonal campaigns

Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries on social media

Collaborate with the café team to coordinate promotions and marketing activities

Work with influencers, content creators and potential marketing partners when required

Support online and offline promotional campaigns

Monitor campaign performance, engagement and customer response

Track marketing activities and provide basic reports on results

Suggest new ideas and strategies to attract more customers and increase sales

Assist with other marketing and promotional activities as required
