We are looking for a Production Support professional with strong hands-on experience in AS400/IBM i, RPG/RPGLE, and DB2 to support mission-critical core banking applications.

The role will focus on L2/L3 production support for SilverLake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), including incident management, troubleshooting, application maintenance, database support, batch processing, and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for core banking applications on AS400/IBM i
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs
• Analyze RPG programs, AS400 jobs, DB2 databases, and batch processes
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive solutions
• Support and maintain SilverLake Integrated Banking System (SIBS)
• Support CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) and Time Deposit functionalities
• Investigate transaction, batch, data, and application-related issues
• Analyze AS400 job logs, system messages, application errors, and database records
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, application, and business teams
• Support application deployment and release activities using ALDON
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, and production implementation
• Follow Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes
• Contribute to DevOps/automation initiatives for AS400 application deployment and support
• Prepare RCA reports, technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge-transfer materials

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in AS400/IBM i application or production support

Strong knowledge of IBM i / AS400 environment

Hands-on experience with RPG/RPGLE programming and troubleshooting

Good working knowledge of DB2 and SQL

Experience in L2/L3 application support and maintenance

Understanding of core banking and banking transaction processing

Experience troubleshooting production incidents, batch jobs, application errors, and database issues

Knowledge of SilverLake Integrated Banking System (SIBS)

Exposure to CASA and Time Deposit modules

Ability to analyze existing RPG code and identify application-level issues

Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have

ALDON experience for AS400/IBM i deployment and release management

DevOps / CI/CD exposure

Automated AS400/IBM i deployment experience

SilverLake core banking product knowledge

Embedded SQL in RPG / SQLRPGLE

AS400 job monitoring, job queues, batch processing, and job logs

Banking/financial-services production support experience

ITIL and incident management tools such as ServiceNow/Jira
