Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave administration, employee welfare, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other correspondence.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee claims.
• Coordinate foreign worker permit renewals and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Support training, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
• Liaise with government agencies and statutory bodies when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Experience in payroll administration and foreign worker management is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
