We're looking for restaurant OUTLET SUPERVISOR to consistently deliver outstanding food, service, and overall customer experience.

You will oversee daily shift operations, coach and train staff, and ensure smooth and efficient outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations and supervise team performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Train new team members and foster effective teamwork during shifts.
• Address and resolve customer feedback professionally.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support inventory management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, accountable, and collaborative work approach.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
