About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager who can directly identify, approach, and secure investors to support NEURAiR’s growth, expansion, and AI data-center infrastructure projects.

This is a results-driven fundraising role focused on bringing qualified investors to the company and converting investment opportunities into completed transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential investors and funding opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with VCs, PE firms, family offices, institutional investors, strategic investors, and HNWIs.

• Lead investor outreach, presentations, meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Present NEURAiR’s business, technology, projects, financials, and growth opportunities to potential investors.

• Manage the fundraising pipeline from initial contact through investment closing.

• Negotiate investment terms and coordinate with management, finance, and legal teams to complete transactions.

• Develop long-term relationships with investors and strategic funding partners.

• Provide regular reports on investor discussions, pipeline, commitments, and fundraising progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or a related field.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital or securing investments.

• Strong existing network of investors, family offices, PE/VC funds, institutional investors, or financial institutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong understanding of equity investment, debt financing, corporate finance, and investment structures.

• Experience in AI, data centers, technology, infrastructure, energy, or cooling is an advantage.

• Highly self-driven, commercially focused, and results-oriented.

• Willingness to travel internationally for investor meetings when required.
