• Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Support hiring processes such as job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in employee benefits, leave, attendance, and payroll matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
• Handle basic employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.

Requirements

• CEI certification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
