Logistics Supervisor
to oversee daily logistics and delivery operations, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers and the warehouse team.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily delivery and logistics operations.
Plan and monitor delivery schedules and routes.
Coordinate with drivers, customers, warehouse staff and other departments.
Monitor drivers’ attendance, punctuality and delivery performance.
Ensure deliveries are carried out accurately and on time.
Handle delivery delays, discrepancies and customer enquiries.
Monitor loading, unloading and proper handling of goods.
Ensure vehicles, equipment and delivery documents are properly maintained.
Monitor manpower and allocate work according to operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report significant matters to management.
Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Singapore delivery and logistics operations.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Able to lead and manage drivers and operational staff.
Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
