Job Summary

Clinic assistant or nurse role in a dermatology specialist clinic supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and assisting the doctor with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dermatology specialist clinic to maintain smooth workflow and patient service
• Perform clinic administrative tasks including stock taking and inventory management to ensure adequate medical and office supplies
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on clinic devices to ensure they function properly and safely
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to support effective communication
• Assist the doctor during clinical procedures and daily operations to facilitate patient care and treatment
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative and clinic duties as needed to support overall clinic efficiency
• Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic IT skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE O Levels

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant working experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
• Enrolled or registered nurses are welcome to apply
