We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Executive. No prior property experience is required as training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
• Respond to property enquiries and provide suitable information to clients.
• Assist clients with property viewings and guide them throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good client relationships.
• Learn about property projects, pricing, and available units.
• Use online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels to promote properties.
• Work closely with the team to achieve successful property sales.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous property sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Potential earnings of RM5,000 – RM10,000+ per month, depending on performance and successful sales.
• Commission is paid within 3 days after a successful closing.
• No long-term binding contract.
• Flexible working arrangements may be available once you are familiar with the work and able to work independently.
• Training and guidance provided.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
