Receptionist cum Admin Support

$2,400/month
Contract Duration: 1 year, with an option to extend for another year
️ Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2027
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
Working Days: Monday–Friday; no service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Requirements

• GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or reception experience preferred.
• Good team player with initiative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, visitors and general enquiries.
• Attend to enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on absences and related enquiries where required.
• Provide basic assistance to individuals who are unwell or injured.
• Support general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
• Assist with forms, records and other operational matters as required.
