Role Description

This position is a full-time, based in Menara IIB, Iskandar Puteri. We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Associate to join our Product & Design Department at Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB).

• Responsible for supporting the design and planning process through the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D modelling, visualisations, and design presentations.
• Applies strong technical and creative skills to translate design concepts into practical design solutions, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with project requirements.
• Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative approach in working with multidisciplinary teams while continuously developing technical competencies and design capabilities, manages project documentation, prepares reports and meeting materials, and supports stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficient in technical and design software, particularly AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design, planning, and architectural principles.
• Able to translate design concepts into clear drawings, visuals, and presentations.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
