About Bakery Brera
Bakery Brera is a neighbourhood community bakery and café with a passion for artisan baking, good food and people. Beyond creating quality breads, pastries and café experiences, we are committed to inclusive employment and building a community where everyone has an opportunity to contribute and grow.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic part-time Social Media & Content Creator to help bring Brera's story to life across our social media platforms. One who understands our artisan pastries will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & RedNote.
Film and edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels and TikTok content.
Take attractive photographs of our artisan breads, pastries, coffee and café offerings.
Write engaging captions and develop creative content ideas.
Assist in planning and maintaining a weekly social media content calendar.
Cover new product launches, seasonal promotions, café activities and special events.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, our people, bakery culture and community initiatives.
Monitor social media engagement and suggest ways to improve reach and audience interaction.
Requirements
Students or individuals with an interest in social media, digital marketing, communications, photography or content creation are welcome.
Creative, proactive and able to identify interesting content opportunities.
Good writing skills and an eye for aesthetics.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
An interest in food, lifestyle, hospitality and storytelling would be an advantage.
Previous experience or a portfolio of content creation is preferred.
Working Arrangement
Part-time position, approximately 2–3 days per week.
Approximately 12–16 hours per week.
Flexible scheduling, with some on-site filming required at our bakery and café locations.
Initial commitment of 3 months, with potential for extension.
Remuneration: Negotiable, depending on experience and working hours.
