Administrative Assistant
Location: Boon Lay
Mon to Fri
8.30am - 6pm
Salary : SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000
Assist in coordinating order processing, delivery arrangements, and procurement fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and delivery personnel to monitor order status and resolve delivery or fulfilment issues.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stocks when required.
Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including sourcing quotations, processing purchase requests, and following up on supplier deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of orders, purchases, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
Perform general administrative duties and support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
