We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our growing HCM practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules and demonstrate strong pre-sales and client engagement capabilities. This role will serve as a key counterpart to the Business Unit Lead in Malaysia, driving both solution excellence and business growth initiatives across the region.
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you are responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing system optimization

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the BU Lead to define go-to-market strategies, support pre-sales initiatives, and drive client engagements.
- Participate in proposal development, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and scoping workshops.
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout delivery, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and client requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and scalable HCM solutions.
- Mentor and guide consultants to strengthen practice capability.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP innovations and contribute to the strategic development of the HCM practice.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years (Senior Consultant) of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4)
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll including Salary calculation, deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
- An analytical and problem-solving consultant with the desire to develop your own skills and talents.
- An eloquent and extroverted person happy to support our pre-sales cycle.
- Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
- Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.
- Able to lead a small team, with strong social and communication skills.
