Job Description

• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Acquire new customers and expand the company's customer portfolio.
• Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
• Understand customers' logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Ensure quotations and commercial proposals are competitive and commercially viable
• Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and sales forecasts
• Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
• Work closely with operations, customer service, pricing, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and international logistics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
