Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin cum Authority Submission Engineer. Fresh graduates from any educational background are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and submitting documents to relevant authorities for approval.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities regarding submission requirements.
Follow up on submission status, approvals, permits, and other necessary documentation.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents and administrative records.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, documentation, and email correspondence.
Assist the project team with daily coordination and documentation tasks.
Ensure all submissions and records are properly maintained and submitted within deadlines.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates from any field of study are welcome to apply.
No prior working experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
