Job Summary
NEG Power Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to handle local sales and promotion of EV charging solutions in Singapore, contributing to the growth of the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell NEG Power's EV chargers and related charging solutions to customers in Singapore.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial building owners, property developers, electrical contractors, consultants, system integrators, and fleet operators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, product presentations, and sales documentation.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and business partners.
Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide basic technical support and respond to customer enquiries related to EV charging products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the EV charging industry.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Provide comprehensive after-sales support to maintain warranty coverage, including on-site troubleshooting and inspections, prompt response to customer calls and inquiries, and timely resolution of service-related issues in accordance with warranty requirements.
