Job Summary
You will manage delivery schedules, coordinate with sales and customers, handle loading and unloading of catering equipment, oversee on-site setup and cleanup for events, control inventory, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and comply with hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
Follow delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment
Coordinate with sales personnel to confirm customer orders before delivery
Load and unload catering equipment properly into and from delivery vehicles
Deliver and collect catering equipment across island-wide locations
Communicate with customers to understand and support on-site setup requirements
Organize setup and cleanup for events such as cocktail parties, buffet receptions, and seminars
Control inventory of catering equipment during collection and delivery
Maintain cleanliness and perform basic servicing of assigned delivery vehicles
Comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements during all operations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operation Manager
Requirements
Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license
At least 2 years of experience in catering management
Customer-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills
