Conduct daily quality audits and inspections according to the established schedule.

Monitor production processes, including concrete batching, casting, vibration, curing, demoulding, handling and finishing.

Inspect finished precast products to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, dimensional tolerances and quality standards.

Monitor incoming raw materials and verify relevant material certificates and quality documentation.

Prepare fortnightly quality audit reports and present findings during bi-monthly Operations Meetings.

Prepare and submit weekly defect rate reports to superior for review.

Identify, investigate and follow up on quality issues, defects and non-conformities.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects and coordinate with Production on corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct briefings and awareness sessions on audit findings and customer complaints to support continuous improvement.

Provide on-the-job training to Supervisors, Team Leaders and Workers on pre-concreting, concreting, reinforcement cage fabrication and rectification works.

Prepare and review SOPs, Method Statements (MOS), checklists and other relevant quality documents.

Participate in internal, customer, consultant and third-party audits when required.

Coordinate with Production and relevant departments to improve product quality and reduce rejection, rework and material wastage.

Ensure implementation and compliance with approved QA/QC procedures and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Preferably 2–5 years of working experience in QA/QC, preferably in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing or construction industries.

Familiar with precast concrete production processes and quality inspection requirements.

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITP, SOP, Method Statements and quality documentation.

Experience in conducting quality audits, defect analysis and non-conformance reporting.

Good problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Production and site personnel.

Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
