Job Description — Talent Acquisition Specialist

About GenGrid AI

GenGrid is building the Global Inference Network — connecting GPU capacity from data-centre and neocloud providers with businesses that need AI compute, sold as GPU as a Service or pay-per-token inference.

The role

You will own end-to-end hiring for GenGrid, from interns to executives. Most people we want have never heard of us, so your core skill is selling GenGrid: making any candidate, at any level, understand why it's worth joining.

Responsibilities

* Pitch GenGrid to engineers, sales leaders, graduates and executives, adapting the story to each.

* Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities and events.

* Partner with hiring managers on role scope, interview plans and salary ranges.

* Run the full process: screening, interviews, offers and closing.

* Give every candidate a fast, respectful experience and grow GenGrid's employer brand.

* Keep the ATS up to date and report on pipeline, time-to-hire and offer acceptance.

Requirements

* 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech, cloud or infrastructure.

* Excellent spoken and written English; confident with candidates from graduate to C-level.

* Proven record of selling an opportunity to passive candidates and closing senior hires.

* Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals).

* Able to explain technical topics (GPUs, cloud, AI) simply.

* Self-driven and comfortable working remotely across time zones.

* Nice to have: start-up experience, or recruiting for AI, GPU cloud or data-centre companies.
