Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) | $2,500 to $3,500

Open doors for a growing team. You’ll build partnerships with companies, schools and community groups for PaceSetters Organisation, home to 154 Wealth Managers. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

Who this suits: outgoing fresh graduates, or people with a year or two in sales, events or customer-facing work, who enjoy meeting people and making things happen.

What you'll do

• Find and build partnerships with companies, schools and community organisations

• Set up corporate talks, workshops and roadshows for our Wealth Managers

• Plan and run outreach campaigns, and follow up on every lead

• Track partners and opportunities in our CRM or trackers, and report results against monthly targets

• Support events from planning to the day itself, including some evenings or weekends, with notice

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)

• Outgoing and persuasive, and enjoys meeting new people

• Organised enough to juggle many conversations at once

• Sales, BD, events or customer-facing experience is a plus

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person

• Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT

• Real ownership of partnerships, from first contact to a signed partnership agreement (no products to sell)

• A mentor and hands-on training
