Arbeit Group is currently looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join a high-impact enterprise technology team.
If you're a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and Microservices Architecture, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices
  • Drive software engineering best practices, code quality, and system design standards
  • Build and support cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects
  • Support CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development
  • Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot
  • 6+ years of experience building and supporting REST APIs
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including:
  • - ECS
  • - Lambda
  • - S3
  • - SQS
  • - SNS
  • Strong knowledge of:

- Microservices Architecture
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Enterprise Application Development

  • Experience as a Senior Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Lead Developer
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia

Nice to Have

  • Frontend development experience
  • Exposure to modern UI frameworks and full-stack development
  • Experience working in large-scale cloud transformation projects

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
