Working with an established regional network and leading manufacturers, we support customers with equipment supply, technical solutions, maintenance, upgrading, modification and retrofitting services.

Our product portfolio includes crane parts, motors, encoders, industrial lighting, wire ropes, couplings, cables, load cells, fire protection systems and other specialised industrial equipment.

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base, develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with customers across the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across ports, terminals, offshore and marine, steel, mining and other industrial sectors.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, new prospects, manufacturers and business partners.
• Sales & Account Management: Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and solutions, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Technical Sales: Work with internal engineering and technical teams to propose solutions for equipment replacement, upgrading, maintenance, modification and retrofitting.
• Market Research: Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and potential projects to uncover new business opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate customer records, track opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and monitor progress against targets.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, engineers and customers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of products and services.
• Regional Business Development: Support sales activities and develop opportunities across Southeast Asia when required.
• Sales Performance: Achieve agreed sales, revenue, profitability and business development targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, technical sales or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to identify and approach new customers.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate technical product information clearly.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, site meetings and regional business development when required.

Candidates with sales experience in ports, marine, offshore, heavy equipment, engineering or industrial supplies are strongly encouraged to apply.
