Looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Automation to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Your new company

A leading MNC financial services organisation with an established regional shared services operation in Kuala Lumpur. The business is investing heavily in digital transformation, automation, analytics and AI, creating an opportunity to shape how technology and continuous improvement are embedded across Finance and broader business functions.


Your new role

    • Lead the strategy and roadmap for business transformation, process improvement and automation.
    • Identify and deliver initiatives that improve productivity, controls, scalability and customer experience.
    • Drive automation and analytics solutions using Power Platform, Alteryx, Power BI and emerging AI technologies.
    • Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and business functions.
    • Establish governance, controls and benefit-realisation frameworks for automation programmes.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders while leading and developing automation, analytics and process improvement teams.

What you'll need to succeed

    • 10+ years in business transformation, process improvement, automation, analytics or shared services.
    • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity with experience managing teams and transformation portfolios.
    • Strong exposure to Power Platform, Alteryx, Power BI, RPA or comparable automation technologies.
    • Proven track record delivering measurable process improvement and automation outcomes.
    • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
    • Lean Six Sigma, process excellence and/or experience within large-scale shared services or financial services environments is highly desirable.
