· Manage and monitor system development projects and timelines.

· Provide ERP and application support to users.

· Manage MSSQL databases, including database structure and documentation.

· Troubleshoot and resolve system, database, and technical issues.

· Maintain system documentation and reports.

· Conduct user training for new staff and after system upgrades.

· Work closely with IT teams and users to ensure smooth system operations.

· Perform other IT-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

· Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

· Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Work Location: In person
