Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Document Controller to join our Electrical / Data Centre Project team.

Work Arrangement: Candidates will initially be based at Gamuda for approximately 3–4 weeks before being transferred to our project site in Lukut, Port Dickson.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation and project records.
• Prepare and track MIR, WIR, ITP, NCR and inspection reports.
• Maintain document registers, filing systems and revision control.
• Coordinate document submissions with QA/QC Engineers, consultants and project teams.
• Monitor document approval status and outstanding submissions.
• Assist with quality reports and project handover documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC Document Control.
• Prior experience in Electrical / M&E / Construction projects is required.
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation, submission procedures and tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Valid CIDB Green Card required.
• Willing to work at Gamuda initially before transferring to Port Dickson.
• Experienced candidates only.
