Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding international public relations professional to global communications strategy, content planning, and execution, with the goal of enhancing the company’s brand influence and reputation in international markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in public opinion monitoring and crisis communications, with the ability to develop tailored response strategies and messaging for different situations. The candidate must also be able to produce high-quality English-language content and communicate with media. Candidates with financial PR experience and established international media relationships will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop international communications strategies and content plans, and drive their effective execution.
2. Create communications materials to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to press releases, speeches, analytical articles, and social media copy.
3. Build and maintain relationships with international media outlets, key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry organizations, and other relevant stakeholders; expand global communications channels.
4. Monitor public sentiment and manage crisis communications by developing response strategies and key messaging, while addressing potential risks in a timely manner.
5. Track communications performance, conduct data-driven reviews, and continuously optimize communications strategies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2. 5–8 years of experience in public relations or communications; international PR experience is preferred.
3. Strong capabilities in communications strategy, content planning, and end-to-end execution.
4. Proven experience in public opinion management and crisis communications, with the ability to formulate appropriate response strategies and messaging based on different scenarios.
5. Professional English proficiency, with exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills.
6. Familiarity with the international media landscape and major social media platforms.
7. Strong sense of ownership, ability to work effectively under pressure, and adaptability to cross-time-zone collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in financial PR, with familiarity with capital markets, listed-company communications, or the financial services industry.

Established relationships and resources within international media.

Experience working with multinational teams or overseas work experience.

Familiarity with international social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
